A Tor Ultra Lo On The atmos Booth, At Festival Prices

Foot Locker atmos Japan put the shoe in a release dated 5 October 2026. atmoscon 2026 runs Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November at the Shinjuku Sumitomo Building, triangular plaza and basement hall, 2-6-1 Nishi-Shinjuku. Theme line: PLAYGROUND for Next Generations. On the atmos booth, the HOKA Tor Ultra Lo is listed at ¥38,500 including tax, sizes 26.0–29.0 cm. The same list puts a KEEN Jasper Zionic “Bee Nice” at ¥24,200 and a Merrell Moab 3 Synthetic GTX in foxtail camo beside it. The HOKA line does not name a hue.

The brief calls the pair a commemorative shoe for the festival, on sale 31 October. The rel lists it as a booth product across both days. A style code is not in the paragraph.

atmos started in Harajuku as a sneaker shop and now sits under Foot Locker atmos Japan. atmoscon is the company’s city festival: sneakers, music, clothes, a plaza. The 2026 edition uses the Sumitomo tower’s triangular plaza and the underground hall. Exhibitors named in the first October note include A Bathing Ape, adidas Originals, ASICS SportStyle, Birkenstock, Converse, Crocs, HOKA, Jordan Brand, Merrell, New Balance, Nike, On, PUMA, Salomon, Saucony, and Vans. Twenty-six brands on the first floor is the later count.

Day one, 31 October, lists CYBER RUI, Dr.SWAG, KID PHENOMENON, and TAKARA. Day two lists CANDY TUNE, Girls², GPP, iiONDO, moxymill, OWV, ONE OR EIGHT, Sandara Park, TeddyLoid, and WOLF HOWL HARMONY. An atmos pink runway and a sneaker best-dresser award are on the program. The shoe is not on the stage list. It is on the booth card.

Tor Ultra is HOKA’s hike-to-street last, a Tor Summit cousin with a lower collar. The Lo returned in 2026 after three seasons away, now with a GORE-TEX bootie. The earlier Engineered Garments version had used eVent. House colors this year were staggered: antique olive from 14 August, a black in early September, a navy in early November, archival taupe in early December. The atmoscon line does not say which of those, or a festival-only color, is the ¥38,500 pair. Sizes stop at 29.0 cm and start at 26.0. A women’s run is not on the card.

¥38,500 is the booth price, tax in. It is higher than the KEEN next to it. It is not a confirmed general-release ticket. Until the booth hangs a color, the commemorative claim is the festival listing itself: a Tor Ultra Lo, two days, Shinjuku, 31 October first.
