CLOT × KODAK. One carton. One random shell. Same 1.6 megapixel toy. The second logo is the drop.
CLOT put KODAK on the Charmera keychain camera and sells the result as a single random blind box. Multi. One unit per carton. The machine inside is the Reto-licensed toy that shipped in September 2025: 30 grams, 58 × 24.5 × 20 mm, 1.6 megapixel 1/4-inch CMOS, fixed 35 mm-equivalent f/2.4 plastic lens, 1440 × 1080 stills, 30 fps video, microSD not in the box, USB-C for charge and dump, metal ring through the shell. Original run: six common colors plus a rare clear pull. Launch ticket $29.99. Street ticket later sat near $35.
Clot does not invent a new sensor. Clot puts Edison Chen’s house on a lottery that already worked without a fashion label. Confirm on clot.com and the licensed Kodak shop whether the seven plastics are CLOT-printed or stock Charmera colors in a new sleeve. Until that page is live, “random / multi / single box” is pack language, not a published odd sheet.

Reto licensed the Kodak name and aimed at the 1987 Fling, the first Kodak single-use camera. Film became a card. The yellow brick became a set of plastics small enough for a keyring. The homage is scale and costume. The Fling used 110. Charmera uses microSD. The Fling was thrown away. Charmera is recharged on USB-C and hung on a bag until the clip fails.
Internals are miniature on purpose. 1.6 megapixels. Soft files. A screen too small to trust for color. An optical finder the size of a fingernail. A speaker that plays a flash click so the object still sounds like a camera. LED flash. Four frames. Seven filters. Date stamp. 200 mAh cell. Five physical buttons. It is a bad camera if the job is sharpness. It is a precise camera if the job is a file that looks like it already aged.
Blind box did the commercial work. Six regular shells, one secret transparent at about 1 in 48 on the first series. People bought the closed carton. Scalpers followed. A Millennium chrome series arrived in 2026 with the same chip and new skins. Design prizes followed the object, not the resolution. That path is why a fashion house can stamp the same brick without changing the CMOS.
microSD is the hidden tax. Sixteen to sixty-four gigabytes is the range that keeps showing up as stable. Larger cards have been blamed for heat. No card in the box is standard. USB-C is charge and offload. If your phone takes C, the camera can talk to the phone. If it does not, you need a laptop. That is the whole dock.

Clot has spent twenty years treating collision as a method: Hong Kong, American archives, silk, three stripes, film grain as graphic. Kodak taught a century to trust a yellow rectangle. Putting both names on one carton is a graphic marriage first. Optics second. The sensor does not get better because Edison’s label is on the sleeve. The object gets a second reason to hang next to a scarf instead of only next to house keys.
Random is the mechanic they both already used. Clot drops have trained queues on scarce color. Charmera trained queues on scarce shells. Combined, the scarce thing is the closed box with two logos. If Clot printed new plastics, the lottery is a collection. If Clot only wrapped stock colors, the lottery is the same seven with better paper. That difference is the only launch-day spec that matters. Photograph the shell against the carton. A reseller can move a $35 yellow Fling homage as a CLOT pull if the sleeve is gone.
Blind boxes are how charms became product. Labubu taught the queue. Charmera used the same muscle with a shutter. Clot riding that muscle means the fashion calendar and the toy-camera calendar share a SKU. That is the event. Not a new lens.
Edison and Kodak also share a public language of analog memory. CLOT campaigns like grain. Kodak’s whole business was grain. A 1.6 megapixel JPEG with a date stamp is closer to that language than a phone file. The collab does not need to say so. The file says so when you open it on a laptop and it looks like 2003.

One camera. One ring. One cable if the pack follows the standard kit. No card. No chosen color until the lid. 1440 × 1080 JPEGs that will not impress a current phone. Video at 30 frames that will not either. Filters and frames that will. A date stamp that does more emotional work than the glass.
Hang it. Shoot when the phone would make the moment too clean. Dump the card. Keep the soft file. That is the use. If CLOT lives only on the carton, the object on the keys is still a Charmera. If CLOT lives on the plastic, the object is the collab. Open before you argue.
Collecting seven shells is the second use. Fashion people will buy multiples for the grid. Camera people will buy one and complain about the sensor. Both are correct. The box was built for the first group. The shutter exists so the second group has something to do after the unboxing clip.

Odds for a secret shell, if this pack copies the first Charmera math, sit near one in forty-eight. Do not treat that as confirmed for the CLOT run until Reto or Clot prints it. Multi on the title means assorted. Single box means you are not buying a set. If you want a specific color, this SKU is the wrong format.
Weight is thirty grams. It will sit on a bag and be forgotten until someone asks what the brick is. Then you take a picture that looks like a memory of a picture. That loop is why the first Charmera sold out. The CLOT carton is a new ticket into the same loop.
