“I Can’t.” 25 September 2026. Bay City rapper, OC Chris, outlaw-rock pulse. Manifest, Good Money, Capitol.

That Mexican OT dropped “I Can’t” with OC Chris on 25 September 2026. Single, not an album cut. Credit line on the Universal upload: Manifest, GoodTalk, Good Money Global, Capitol Records. Producers Tanaland, Shafer, 1wmarcos. Mix, record, and master by Caleb “C4” Albarado. Virgil Gazca and Christian Nathaniel Lopez sit on the writer line with Matthew Ayden Garcia, Austin Shafer, and Marcos Galindo.

Gazca is the Bay City, Texas rapper born 2 February 1999. OT is Outta Texas. The record that moved him was “Johnny Dang,” with Paul Wall and Drodi, a Hot 100 entry that preceded Lonestar Luchador in July 2023. The voice is still the tell: a tongue-twist that can also sit on a sung hook. “I Can’t” uses both. The hook is a complaint sung more than rapped. Oh, I can’t believe you talking this way to me. Then the verse snaps back into the fast mouth.

The beat is the other half. Guitar and a hip-hop pulse, the Southwest bar-room read that showed up the week the song landed. Not a trap kit with a sample on top. A rock figure that leaves room for the hook to feel lonely and the rap to feel busy. Official video went up the same day on his channel, just under three minutes. Signal. What happened: That Mexican OT released “I Can’t” with OC Chris. Exact track: single, 25 September 2026, Manifest/GoodTalk/Good Money Global/Capitol. When and where: DSPs and his YouTube. Source: Universal credit block on the official upload. Why it matters: the Bay City voice that broke on a jeweler record is still cutting singles that borrow outlaw rock without leaving the twist.

stir

First pass is the sung line. It repeats. The track does not hide the chorus behind a 16. That is the country-rock habit more than the SoundCloud habit: let the complaint be the song, then talk over it.

OT’s rap half is the familiar instrument. Short phrases, internal rhyme, a threat and a brag in the same breath. The content is the catalog he already runs: pride, women, a warning if you keep talking. None of it is a new subject. The interest is the handoff. Sung disbelief, then the fast mouth, then OC Chris.

Chris stays in the same room. The verse does not change the key or the subject. Credits put Lopez on the writer line beside Gazca. Public bio on Chris is thin next to OT’s. The record treats him as a second voice in the same accent, not a guest from another city.

huh

“Johnny Dang” is still the song a new OT single has to live next to. That one had a name everybody already knew and a video that did the work. “I Can’t” is smaller on purpose. A hook you can sing out a car window, which is how the early comments frame it.

Tour dates live on thatmexicanot.net. The single does not announce a project. Capitol and Good Money are on the copyright. That is the machine. The song is the dusty one in the middle of it.
