Wiz Khalifa Dropped Yiccen And Parked Cool Azz Summer Behind It

Yiccen out 1 September 2026. Cool Azz Summer is the EP name on the same card. Laid-back cadence. Dark, wavy beat. Taylor Gang still open.

Wiz Khalifa put Yiccen out on 1 September 2026. The same note names a forthcoming EP, COOL AZZ SUMMER. Hip-hop single. No guest list on the first card. The pitch is the one he has used since Pittsburgh made him a default: unhurried bars, a pocket that does not chase the kick, a beat that sits dark and a little wavy so the voice stays the bright object.

Cameron Jibril Thomaz, 38. Taylor Gang. Rostrum then the major years. Rolling Papers through Multiverse through Khaotic in January 2026. Kush + Orange Juice 2 in 2025. Festival dates still on the book: Fresno, a Pittsburgh room in October, Tucson, Boca later. The single does not announce a new person. It announces another file in the same weather.

Cool Azz Summer is the project title attached to Yiccen in the 1 September writeup. That is how Wiz has often worked: a song that is also a chapter heading. The EP is “soon,” not a locked Friday on that card. Treat the name as real and the street date as unprinted.

Yiccen is not a word the catalog has worn out. New title, old posture. Dark production under a voice that still sounds like it has time. Wavy enough that the hook can lean. Not a club panic. Not a drill rewrite. The brief is accurate on that much: the flow is the sig, the beat is the frame.

The fanbase line in the first notes is the obvious one. He has kept a room through mixtape years, radio years, and the years after the biggest singles stopped being the whole job. See You Again is a different file. Yiccen is the working file: another night of the same cadence.

2026 already held Khaotic and the mgk road earlier in the year. A summer-titled EP in September is calendar comedy more than a contradiction. Cool Azz Summer can arrive when it arrives. The single is the proof of life.

He is still doing the thing. That sentence is thin until you hear the pocket. Yiccen is the pocket. The EP title is the weather report. Pittsburgh to the next date. Taylor Gang on the header. Dark wave under the talk. First of September was the drop. Cool Azz Summer is the next header on the same page.
