Rockferry returns 4 December 2026. Black 10-track LP, and a colour 2LP with the expanded 18. Mercy on side B. Duffy’s note marks the years.
Duffy posted a short clip set to “Warwick Avenue” and a note. Rockferry is coming back on vinyl and CD, 4 December 2026. She called it an expanded edition of 18 tracks, “because it has been 18 years since the album was originally released.” The original album landed in March 2008. It was the best-selling UK album of that year, spent four weeks at number one after a first-week sale of 180,000, won the Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album, and took Best British Album and British Female Solo Artist at the 2009 Brits.
Two vinyl objects are on sale pages. A 1LP black pressing, catalogue 6124517, label Polydor, the original 10 tracks. A deluxe 2LP on colour vinyl, the expanded 18 tracks on vinyl for the first time: the album, plus Rain On Your Parade, Fool For You, Stop, Oh Boy, Please Stay, Breaking My Own Heart, Enough Love, and Stay With Me Baby. “Mercy” sits on side B of both.
Signal. What happened: Duffy reissued Rockferry on vinyl, standard and expanded, for 4 December 2026. Exact product: 10-track black LP (6124517, Polydor) and an 18-track colour 2LP. When and where: 4 December 2026, pre-order open. Source: her note and the shop pages. Why it matters: the 2008 debut, back ahead of a return she has dated to 2027, after a first live set in nearly 15 years in July.

“Mercy,” co-written with Steve Booker, went to number one in the UK and stayed there five weeks. It is certified 2× Platinum in the UK and Platinum in the US. Duffy told Mojo the lyric was about a feeling, romantic or chemical, that she wanted to be rel from the other 2008 singles on the original sequence are “Warwick Avenue” and “Stepping Stone.” Side A of the new black LP runs Rockferry, Warwick Avenue, Serious, Stepping Stone, Syrup & Honey. Side B runs Hanging On Too Long, Mercy, Delayed Devotion, I’m Scared, Distant Dreamer. That is the 2008 album, unchanged.
The deluxe adds a third and fourth side. Rain On Your Parade was the later single. The rest are the era tracks that lived on expanded CDs and not, until this pressing, on one vinyl object.

Duffy’s own line is the 18 years. She wrote that a lot had happened, and that she was welcoming people back to the record, or to it for the first time. A July 2026 stage appearance was described as her first live set in almost 15 years. Coverage of the reissue places it ahead of a return to music planned for 2027. The vinyl is the object in between: a 2008 album, a December date, two formats, Mercy still on side B.
