FW26 at FIELD DAY. 001A, 002, 005, 055. Dyneema uppers, Vibram plates, Arnitel midsoles. On sale now.
norda is a Montreal trail house. Bio-circular Dyneema uppers. Vibram Megagrip and Litebase plates. Arnitel TPEE midsoles on the newer distance shoes. Fall/Winter 2026 is not a new last so much as a mineral pass across the line: Almond, Scoria, Serpentine, Star Anise, Zephyr, Stealth Black, Travertine, Thistle. Official range on the brand site and seasonal cards sits about $145 to $355.
The user brief puts that pack at FIELD DAY, already selling: classic 001A, plus 002, 005, and 055. Official FAQ still describes the system in those numbers. 001 as the do-it-all. 002 as the faster, more technical tool. 005 as the lightest race-day super shoe. 055 as the long, cushion mountain piece that landed in 2026.

001A is the 001 with the midsole language of the 005. Arnitel instead of the older EVA blend. Seamless Dyneema upper. norda Lock lace gussets. Vibram Megagrip plus Litebase. About 264 to 268 g in a men’s 8.5 on published spec sheets. 5 mm drop. Stack around 33 mm on some cards, 26/21 mm on G+ winterized listings. Brand fit note: half size up on 001 and 005.
002 stays the lower, more specific trail tool. Technical ground, faster days. FW26 color called out in seasonal copy: Travertine, grid and abstract print meant to read like porous limestone.
005 is the light one. Race days. Seasonal names: Zephyr in shimmering silver, Scoria in volcanic mix, Stealth Black in tonal fade. Published women’s 005 cards have sat near 177 g on some EU listings. Same fiber, same Vibram family, less shoe.
055 is the new volume. All-mountain, long distance. Rachael Entrekin ran a Cocodona 250 win in an 055, course record 56:09, 2:38 under the old mark. Seasonal pair: 055 G+ Star Anise and 055 Thistle. G+ is a thin graphene membrane for thermoregulation and water resistance, listed toward 10,000 mm on related G+ models. Midsole on the G+ Star Anise is called out as 100% Arnitel TPEE. Ticket on tester pages around $325.
G+ is the cold-season add. Official product text: heat homogenization, fewer hot spots, feet that do not freeze as fast. Not a fully sealed boot. Dyneema is hydrophobic and does not drink water. The weave is still a weave.

A jumbled pile of Norda trail running shoes in various colors including brown, black, olive, and white.

001A Almond: light ground, black and reflective silver. 001A Scoria: mauve and grey, reflective hits, marbled midsole. 001A Serpentine: faded greens. 001A Star Anise: rich brown, black accents. 005 Zephyr: silver speed. 005 Scoria: volcanic. 005 Stealth Black: murk. 002 Travertine: stone print. 055 Thistle: mauve and grey, plant-thorn brief. 055 G+ Star Anise: fruit brown plus the membrane.
008 Scoria recovery slide sits on some global FW26 lists with dual-density foam and Vibram ECOSTEP. FIELD DAY’s note names 001A, 002, 005, 055. Stock that door, not the slide, unless the floor added it.
norda shoes are trail tools first. Official FAQ says they can walk a city. Spikes cannot. Sizing: half size up on 001 and 005. 055 is the heavier, more protected platform. 005 is the one you take when the course is fast and the pack is light.
FIELD DAY has the season on the shelf. nordarun.com has the same names. The fiber does not change with the paint. The paint is how fall arrives.
