Thrasher and Nike SB put the Blazer Mid back on the magazine’s 45th year. The 2006 Thrasher Blazer was the pale pair with a dark Swoosh. This one reverses that: black suede field, off-white / pale gold Swoosh and heel panel, THRASHER embroidered on the heel. Tongue still reads Nike SB Blazer Mid. Black laces. Black sole.

Retail $110. Pre-order went live around All-Star weekend in February 2026 on Thrasher’s shop. Delivery window: June. Quantities called limited. An unworn 2006 pair sold near $220 against an original $75 ticket. This is not that auction. It is the inverse color on the same mid last.

Thrasher started as a San Francisco skate magazine in 1981. The flame logo left the park and sat on sidewalks for two decades. Nike SB’s first Thrasher Blazer sat in that overlap. Twenty years later the same two names print the opposite palette.

Japan date is June 2026 expected. Domestic doors were unlisted when the pre-order opened. Check Nike SB Japan and Thrasher when boxes land.

2006 was light upper, dark mark. 2026 is dark upper, light mark. Same mid cut. Same magazine word on the heel instead of a flame dump across the quarter. That restraint is the point. A Blazer Mid already looks like a court leftover that skate took. Adding Thrasher as a stamp, not a jersey, keeps it a skate shoe that can sit next to a flame tee without matching it.

Suede will mark. Cream leather on the Swoosh will crease. Pale gold in the trim copy is a warmth in the off-white, not a metallic trophy overlay. Zoom Blazer Mid padding and a flat skate sole are the ride. This is not a Dunk collab and not a HUF pair. HUF is a different shop.

$110 is the 2026 SB mid number, not the 2006 $75. Pre-order means the pair is sold before the box exists. June is when the suede shows up at the door.

45 years is magazine math: 1981 to 2026. The shoe is a 20-year callback wearing an anniversary tag. Limited is the usual sentence. Sizes in the middle of the run go first on skate collide that look like daily wear.
