Trump Mobile may finally have an answer to the question that has been haunting its comment sections for months: the phones are apparently real, and they are finally shipping. After nearly a year of delays, preorder complaints, and online skepticism, the company has confirmed that the long-promised gold-colored T1 Phone will begin arriving to customers this week.

The launch marks the clearest sign yet that Trump Mobile’s heavily marketed smartphone project is moving beyond flashy renders and patriotic branding into actual consumer hardware. Trump Mobile CEO Pat O’Brien said preorder customers who placed $100 deposits will start receiving shipment notifications immediately, with additional orders expected to be fulfilled over the coming weeks.
